DraftView’s Refund Policy
We welcome and greet you all to DraftView. You are requested to thoroughly go through our Terms and Conditions before placing your order, against our services, at: https://www.draftview.com/resume-writing. These rules will apply to all our available and advertised products and services.
Please note that we offer money back guarantee with the clause that states: You will receive your money back only, if you fail to get shortlisted by Employers, within 45 days, after receiving the final service, product, or draft. We do not promise for you to land the job. Our promise lies with you getting shortlisted by the Employer and being called for the interview. Whatever follows afterwards, DraftView is not liable and your money back guarantee won’t be entertained in such case where you manage to get shortlisted, but ‘fail’ to land the job.
Guarantee
DraftView's website is provided ‘As is,’ without any associated representations or warranties, either implied or expressed. Whatever clause we have against the money back guarantee, is mentioned clearly and distinctly. As mentioned, while DraftView’s services are backed by strong client testimonials who were able to land their dream job within 3 months after submitting DraftView treated Resumes, and Cover Letters, we do not guarantee that you will land your dream job. Instead, we only back our claims to the initial shortlisting.
We also offer you a strong satisfaction guarantee. If our clients feel that we have not fulfilled our obligations or did not meet the expectations of the clients, then you may reach out to your assigned writer or care coordinator, or even reach out us via our Contact Form. We want our clients to be happy and therefore, we strive to exceed expectations.

DraftView will not be responsible or liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise, in connect with, this website:
- For any indirect, consequential, or special loss,
- For any loss of revenue, profit, business income, profits or savings, loss of contracts or tarnishing business relationships, loss of goodwill or reputation, or loss of information or data.
